Mediation
Whether you want to become a
mediator, improve your conflict management skills, or learn to better
represent your clients in mediation, our interactive mediation training
programs are for you.
Mediation observation
This course provides you with the
opportunity to observe experienced mediators (in both role plays and on
video) mediate a variety of conflicts, including a complex employment case
and a commercial contractual dispute. The mediators demonstrate
techniques for dealing with difficult parties and overcoming impasse.
The state of Georgia requires all newly trained mediators to observe 5
mediations before registering with the state as a mediator. This
course meets this requirement.
divorce mediation
This 40-hour course provides
participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to mediate divorce
and other family disputes. This course is approved by the Academy of
Family Mediators.
